Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service received from the podiatrist at the Kensington office. After spending hundreds of pounds on insoles for the pain in my feet i was told i would receive my insoles within 4-6 weeks. After emailing them twice i received the news that they had been siting there for a month waiting for me. I had at this point contacted them twice and been waiting 13 weeks for them! They claimed the podiatrist had called me which he had not and he had not tried contacting me by email of letter. No compensation offered and will not be returning to this podiatrist and advice all to do the same.

I put my back out a few days before the London Marathon. Dispute not being an existing customer, they did everything possible to patch me up enough to jog/walk around. Thanks Maree and team, to complete the marathon was amazing, thanks for the assist!

I had to write and say what a fantastic sports massage treatment I received today from Lorna!
It was very last minute and my first time at Sprint and honestly, I've not spent quite so much on my treatments in the past but Lorna's knowledge, technique and wonderfully friendly manner was worth every penny!
I work at Barrecore studios around the corner where my clients often ask advice with regards to injuries/soreness and I will absolutely be recommending that my clients come see you for all their treatment needs in the future! !

I went to Sprint after surgery on my cervical spine. Anj is very knowledgeable on the subject of anatomy and has done an excellent job of improving both my mobility and my posture. I can honestly say that I leave Drayson Mews with a spring in my step every time I visit. Highly recommended!
