Went here mainly for yoga and spinning because the clients are mainly women but they do accommodate men. Really friendly set up with a community feel and dynamic timetable. Great spot.

It's okay. Online give the impression there are hundreds of classes whereas few feature on the actual rota. It's an odd combo of a nursery and gym studio space. For those wanting somewhere to hang out at too, not the one as screaming kids in the afternoon. Strong by Zumba is amazing - Naomi is a great teacher. The yogas are okay but beginners level - warrior sculpt was basically a stretch class. Very small class sizes so sometimes only two of you in a class and found not enough classes early and late evenings. Not sure it's even worth the intro offer.

Great studio. Variety, community and value.

Slice is a brilliant fitness studio with a wide variety of classes: barre, trampoline rebounding, HIIT, yoga, pilates, spin, aerobics, box fit, kettlebell, etc. It has a friendly, welcoming vibe. The instructors are all very professional. The showers and changing room are fab. Highly recommended.

Slice Studios is a great place to attend for a variety of classes. Everyone I have attended has been led by great instructors and there is a really nice family feel about the place. Sure, it's not the most high tech atmosphere ever, however it's not intimidating and it's very friendly. I hugely recommend it to anyone looking to motivate themselves with variety and choice in their workouts! The changing rooms are fine by the way, the other review is overly harsh.
