I started training with Kate after having surgery and chemotherapy and wanting to 'get my body back'. She got me back running, cycling and I did my first duathlon in September 2016. She is super friendly and the studio always has a positive atmosphere, whatever your shape and fitness levels. Kate is great at setting goals and keeping you motivated, and has more energy than anyone I have ever met!

Love KBPT! I've been training with Kate throughout my pregnancy and I'm feeling stronger than ever. There is always a friendly atmosphere in the studio and all the trainers I met are fun and professional.

I’ve been training with Rowena for over a year. I love the relaxed, friendly and non pretentious vibe of the studio at Netil House. I love that there are no machines but loads of really interesting bits of kit to keep the training sessions varied. It’s really important for me to have a regular monitored session around any other fitness I may or may not be doing. Rowena is aware of my injury issues and is always keeping on top of ways to improve them. Rowena is an absolute joy to train with – always encouraging, good fun and full of energy, even when I’m not (a lot of the time). I would recommend KBPT to anyone wanting to get back on track with their fitness in a relaxed and supportive environment, whilst having a bit of a laugh. Thanks loads to Rowena, Kate and the whole crew.

I've had the pleasure (and good type of pain!) to be able to train with Kate, Caroline, Nicki and Rowena at various stages of the last few years. These wonderful women are not only great at what they do but they are passionate and fantastic examples of finding your own way to enjoying a fit, fun and balanced lifestyle!

Ive been training with Nicola for some time now and I am so happy that I am. My goal is to lose weight and get fit/healthy. I started from a very sedentary position and I can feel my fitness improving immensely. Nicola is amazing, no words can express how much she has helped me. Not only does she keep the sessions interesting and keeps me motivated by setting achievable goals but she also supports with nutrition advice. I feel like Ive constant support (not just during our sessions) especially when I had issues with my health, her kind caring manner and emotional support means so much to me. Overall, Nicola is not just your average personal trainer but she honestly makes working out fun and honestly does care. I was scared about booking initially starting with KB PT but I can really say from the bottom of my heart, you wont regret it! Life changing!
