I'm not sure what the chap below is on about, there is no pleasing some people. H2 offers faultless service and up to date and reliable equipment. The perfect solution to those wanting bike storage, showers and a gym in central London. 100% reccomended.

Good idea, poorly delivered. The concept of a bike park with a spin studio and tiny - sorry, boutique - gym is a clever one. Some of the spin instructors are also good, but the maintenance and service are dire. Bikes that don't work, broken projectors, entry cards and lockers that fail and staff who, though friendly enough, are clearly undertrained, all spoil the effect. Someone should take this idea and do it properly. Having management present would be a start.

H2 does exactly what it says on the tin: two studios offering an excellent range of classes, one studio dedicated to indoor cycling, and the Stages, Master Instructor, Richard, provides one of the best training classes I have ever experienced in 25 years of Spinning. The changing rooms are spacious with sensibly sized lockers and the showers are numerous so I have never had to wait. There is even a free weights area with squat racks, Olympic bars and dumb bells. If you want to train at peak times come early as it can get rather busy. The staff are friendly and you can even park your bike securely, within the complex for a small extra cost.
