Amanda is an amazing teacher she makes you feel really comfortable and helps and supports you throughout the class and makes sure you're ok with the positions always. She's clear and concise and explains all you need to know and it's a pleasure doing her class she chats the whole lesson and makes yoga fun, sadly I've been unable to attend of late and hope to be back soon xx

On Yogamanda's Mini Autumn London retreat the 2 classes, food and a mini massage were a bargain and I was amongst good company, friendly atmosphere on a unique occasion with a lovely sense of calm and wellness. I felt very relaxed afterwards. The classes were a good standard, not too easy and not too difficult . I ached in a good way the next day, sufficiently to feel that I had some physical benefit.

Last Friday I went on Amanda's mini retreat evening. I dabble in Yoga and unfortunately have had some not great experiences with classes I have joined in my home area. I loved the way she took each section of the retreat, also how you made us all feel so welcome and at ease. I would recommend her retreat to everyone including those who have never done yoga before

"The retreat was just what I needed - a complete break away from London life and a chance to concentrate on raising my fitness levels. Walking up to the top of a mountain was challenging but unforgettable! Having a small, intimate group of people to share the experience with and combining walking with yoga was an enjoyable aspect of the trip"

On Amanda's Swiss Spring Yoga Retreat I enjoyed this opportunity to relax, be around likeminded and lovely people, enjoy nature and really getting into yoga more. Arriving at the chalet at night was magical! A few of the yoga sessions I really felt like I got more in touch with my body like I haven't before!
Amanda gave us clear information on where to go and the retreat was definitely good value. I would recommend it.
