Worst possible service , they would not help you as they not inform you from the begging what you need ,I wouldn't recommend!

Spot on! Edmund especially helped me to set up in the first year and then when it came to renewing another contract, it was executed in a nice timely fashion!

A simple, affordable alternative to a tenant paying rent for a fixed-term upfront. Housing Hand stand as guarantor for a number of our current tenants - I have found them pleasant to deal with, and helpful in the event of rent arrears
