The nicest place I've stayed in London. It is small and quaint. There is no food served here but you are surrounded by food places. Pretty quiet for Covent Garden and the staff are very friendly. Definitely would recommend.

The Good - It was very convenient for the theatres and the South Bank. It was very clean: sheets, towels and the room and bathroom.The bed was comfortable. A nice selection of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and plenty of tea, coffee and water.
The Bad: I was surprised that there was no heating on in FEBRUARY! I only kept warm by leaving the bathroom door open to let the towel rail take the edge off the chill. The window was ill-fitting and loose. Unfortunately it was a very windy night and it rattled the whole time. I had a sleepless night. I would only stay here again in the summer months!

Very nice hotel. Great location and details. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Only a few issues: bedside lamp and clock didn't work; maid left our door open after cleaning room.
