Stayed in one of the suites. Was really spacious, had 20+ friends/family meet me in my room for a champagne toast & brunch. I found the room clean without any complaint. The bathroom was compact, but not small, it was also very clean. Staff were friendly.
The only downside was no lift. The suite was on the 2nd floor, so it was OK, but wouldn't want to be on a higher floor.

I'm on Day 2 of my 4-night stay. So far so good. The staff has been very courteous and the 1st-floor room is clean and quiet. The Full English breakfast was good (even without black pudding). The bed is very comfortable. I came back after an afternoon sightseeing to find a complementary bottle of mineral water on the desk which was much appreciated. Great location right next the British museum and a short walk to Soho and the Underground

Truly I don't know where to start about this hotel. We stayed in the garden suite for three nights and that was really nice but the staff well unhelpful and so unfriendly is an understatement. I could actually go on and on but I'll keep it short and say if you want a nice room but don't mind being treated like you're beneath them it's fine but if you want to have pleasant and nice people around you look elsewhere because as a rule the vast majority of people in London are amazing.
