My partner and i checked into the Russel court and the hotel was really lovely - bedroom was great and location was great!
We were aware of the nightclub in hotel but after speaking to some staff we didnt realise how busy the area would get. As we had our elderly grandmother checking in from a flight later that night we were concerned and thought it may be better to find a different hotel suited to her need. My partner spoke to reception and explained the concerns we had. It was completely our mistake but they were so fantatsic about it! More than helpful of allowing us to move and super friendly! Correspondence after we checked out was also great.
Would definitely go back there - just without an elder this time! lol

Fourth year I stayed at this hotel amazingly convenient for Olympia Exhibition Centre high quality bedding comfortable night's sleep good sized rooms would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in this area

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Close to bus and Overground. Definitely recommend.
