Great place to stay off you want to see London. Very convenient to the tube. Breakfast is adequate (although the coffee is awful!). Rooms are a reasonable size for London, and quite comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay there again, for sure.

The room is small but has a comfortable double bed, desk, wardrobe and bathroom with shower and bath, all that I need while out seeing London during the day. House keeping is good, bed is made, toiletries and towels replaced daily. breakfast served every morning has plenty of variety. Located near two train stations and shops and restaurants.

Very nice and well kept hotel. Comfortable room, very clean, nice breakfast and very good location.

The Phoenix is perfect for an affordable stay in London. Close to two Underground stations and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The rooms are cozy and have the essentials. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room, as we were busy sight seeing. The rooms are great for sleeping with blackout curtains. The free breakfast is limited, but a nice start to the day. Overall, I would stay here again, but would also look for other options.

Definitely the cleanest 3 star hotel you will ever get. I spent 15 days here in a single room. Though the room was small, it was comfortable and well equipped, and the bed size was great. The staff were nice and helpful. The included breakfast menu although repetitive but it was a nice continental breakfast with fairly good selection. I would come back again.
