Reasonable rate for a spacious, centrally located family room. The decor was reasonably modern, and there was an elevator to all five additional floors. Breakfast (toast and coffee) was included in the price. I did find a large toenail clipping under our bed and the shower hose in our room needs replacing soon, but otherwise a very pleasant night's stay.

Nice location. Staff are friendly. Breakfast on included in the price but I will hardly call it breakfast, pretty basic. Rooms are standard size but with no refreshments. Friends or guests are not allowed

I didn't stay there. I just went to pick up some friends who stayed there. They really liked it. They said it was clean and peaceful.

Very poor experience all round. We booked in advance and were assured on two separate occasions that the rooms were booked only to find out on arrival that one room had been double booked and we were asked to share one room. No empathy. No offer of a solution worth listening to. Long wait only to be told that we didn't have a room. Bedrooms are fair at best but sound proofing is poor between rooms. Bathroom was small and needed some attention. Breakfast cold ham and cheese and bread or toast with cereal option. Orange in the drinks dispenser wasn't fresh but orange cordial. Overall very basic breakfast for the money. Don't think I'll be back.
