Don’t book until they inform you they have gotten rid of bed bugs (room 12). October 2017, my poor son was bitten all over his face, arms and neck. I did not know they were bed bugs. I brought it to the attention of front desk and they told us it was not bed bugs and moved us. We checked out next day and my son itched the entire flight home. I had pictures from hotel, and researched online and discovered that they were bed bugs. Still waiting to hear from hotel. Oh yeah, and the kicker, this hotel was the only place I handed my credit card and the day I checked out fraudulent charges were being made to my credit card. So discusted!

If you want to pay $100 to get bedbug bites all over your body and bring some bedbug home as souvenirs, you should definitely book this hotel! Otherwise run as far away as you possibly can! I have never had such a miserable experience with hotels!

Comfortable and quaint, close to the tube station. The staff were very kind and attentive, my room was affordable yet spacious, comfortable, and fairly quiet. I found my room to be clean and well decorated.

Charming small hotel in Earl's Court area, the Kensington in it's name is barely justified. Rooms are okay, slightly showing age but acceptable. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simple but good, especially the fruits on offer I found quite good.
