Small rooms, but clean and comfy. No restaurant not that you need\want one in central London. Breakfast OK but extra for full English. Location is excellent. Did need to get keycard replacement multiple times.

Nice well located hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. If you want an iron and ironing board you will need to request from reception. Cooked breakfast was included in my room rate, however the standard continental is very good. Wouldn't say the extra cost for the cooked breakfast would be worth it.

Lost my bracelet here. Checked out in the morning, realised I left my bracelet and returned in the evening to get it back. Was told the housekeeper left for the day and they have no access to the safety deposit box. They said they would mail it to me the next day. Its been a month and have not received anything. Staff were friendly enough but they responded as thou they didn't understand and were just trying to patronise you. I had little hope I would get my bracelet back after leaving the hotel.
The hotel itself is very very convenient, very close to 3 stations. There is a small flight of stairs before the hotel entrance.
The rooms were comfortable enough but the shower was extremely small, the base was a square of at most 1metre.
They kindly let us leave our luggage with them after we had checked out as out flight was not till later.

Great location in London. Tube directly outside the hotel. Rooms are small as is the bathroom but both were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the dining room needs some music. It was deadly quiet.

A lovely warm welcome from the staff upon arrival, the room was lovely a d the shower was to die for. Everything was clean and tidy. We paid for the full English breakfast unfortunately I received a less than my husband did. The toast was cold as was the beans the bacon was over cooked. Other than the breakfast the hotel was lovely and i would stat again.
