Just called in to arrange a first consultation. The lady on the phone was unprofessional and hung up on me, after I repeated 'just to make sure: you said it is £100 for a consultation with a doctor? If it is like this to start with, imagine what they would be like once you start with 'treatment'. Upon reading the reviews on here, I do now understand why - AVOID!

This place cannot remove moles that are potentially malignant. Although I was explicit that I needed to remove a potential melanoma, they didn't tell me they wouldn't be able to remove it until after they examined me and therefore the visit was a waste of time and money.

I have to agree with the other user over the managers and management as well as appalling front desk staff. It's a chain and its poorly managed and the customer service is shocking. I was quoted 280 with their 25% off sale for fillers and after it was done I walked up to the desk and was told to pay 370. I told them I was quoted 280 and the girl just stared at me blankly and repeated 370, completely rude. With a red face and dying to get out of there to avoid glances of waiting customers I left. To make matters worse about a quarter of an inch of the filler ended up settling next to instead of inside a line. I called customer services a guy named Clint up in Glasgow was brilliant, booking me in to see a nurse and happy to look into my being overcharged, but when the branch itself called me back the manager was useless and in fact unbelievably hinted that as a "courtesy" that I'd had a difference of opinion over the price they wouldn't charge me for fixing any mistakes. Are you kidding me? Does she think I don't see past such a trick? They should be hopping to fix a mistake for free. I am quite frankly shocked and disgusted. AVOID. Don't use a chain. Their prices are too high anyway, you can get the same from a doctor in Harley Street! Don't be sucked in by their false sales like I was! Also like otherwise noted premises are cramped and medical over nice, like a cheap dentists office.
