Wrong diagnostic and overcharge.
I have been told by the “professional dentist” that I had a carie. It was quite surprising because I always do what is recommended to keep my mouth in healthy conditions. No pain and not sign at all of caries. However I trusted the ConfiDental Clinic, Clapham Junction “professional dentist” and accepted a treatment. A few months after I ended up consulting another professional dentist and I was informed that I have never had caries.

I had a composite filling on my front tooth, the results have absolutely exceeded my expectations. After years of having a discoloured tooth after it was broken in an accident, I can finally smile again on photos. So happy with the care and treatment I received from Dr Jignesh Patel, and would definitely recommend.

I have been visiting Dr. Jignesh Patel at the Confidental Clinic in Clapham for a few years. I am always impressed with the outstanding care and attention provided as well as being made to feel extremely calm and relaxed.
I have undergone a number of treatments, most recently a crown fitting which involved using modern technological practices of taking an impression, therefore providing a more accurate result than traditional methods.
I have complete trust and confidence in the dentistry provided and I would highly recommend my dentist.

I've just completed a course of invisalign here. Very happy with the results! Dr Patel was very attentive and all staff at the clinic are helpful.

Horrendous. Went in for a simple check up without reporting any pain, without even looking at my teeth the dentist sent me straight for an x-ray (exposing me to unnecessary radiation) and told me I'd need 5 white fillings (conveniently highly chargeable) and that he could drill into some of my other teeth to 'have a look around, see if anything needs doing'.
Needless to say I never went back. Went to another dentist the next week who said that all my teeth were absolutely fine and haven't had any issues since.
Just to make you aware Confidental, performing unnecessary surgery is a criminal offence regardless of how much money you're going to make off it!
