Booked an SUV for a 2 week holiday in Germany. Confirmed the booking on the morning of pickup only to be told that there was a problem when we arrived to pick up the car. The car we booked was not available and we then had to hang around for two hours to eventually get an acceptable replacement, almost causing us to miss our ferry. On returning the car, there were attempts to blame us for damage we did not cause that was clearly there for some time. The main guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful but that does not change the fact that previous damage was not logged and the inference was that we did it. Have hired hundreds of cars for business and like many, Sixt make money on selling you insurance and will find any excuse to charge extras. Will update if they attempt to charge us later...

Ramesh at the desk did a fantastic job sorting out a bit of complicated booking matter. Worked tirelessly over a few days to ensure a happy customer. Highly recommend Sixt Victoria for customer service and good quality vehicles.

Sixt will take your Money at any chance they got, they will never give a penny back, don't book with them, use a trusted company! Make a booking 2 months in advance, want to change a day and to cancel/modify will cost you your whole booking fee! (£112)!!! even when i'll still be booking with them, way to piss of your clientele Sixt, will not be using you again!

I was new to sixt and had lot of doubts about the traffic in London. But the person at the Victoria sixt outlet cleared all my doubts and did the c zone payments himself. Had a great knowledge about the product and knew how to support customers.
The crew at Heathrow terminal 5 were great too.

The guy who works in that little booth is often late in the mornings - I have had to wait for him to arrive a number of times well past the listed opening hour. But he is always so nice you kind of end up forgiving him.
