Very limited choices for vegetarians and service was inconsistent...
There was merely 1 vegetarian option on the “mains menu” so was forced to choose that. The size of the portion and the price did not qualify as a “main meal” so we left feeling dissatisfied and ripped off.
The service needs to be more on point, and courses need to come out at the same time. Although atmosphere and ambience are nice, there’s improvements to be made.

Quality sunday roast! You have to trust it when a Northerner said that. Always go for pork belly and bloody marry! Oh, really good scotch eggs too.

Beautiful pub with an amazing atmosphere. Perfect for Sunday's and really cosy. Sunday roasts are good and there is a great wine list. One of my favourites in Shoreditch and not pretentious at all which is nice in East London!

No Yorkshire pudding on a Sunday! Witnessed tables eating them when we arrived and 30 minutes after we'd been told there weren't any.... Gutted doesnt even come close 😏 told we could replace the Yorkshire puds with Scotch eggs, 🤣 only for them to come back and say there weren't any, and then 10 minutes later, there were! Ordered pork roast, then 5 minutes later told there wasn't any.... Had to substite for beef instead. Then once our bottle of wine ran out on table, no one asked if we wanted anything else for the remainder of our stay. We we're ignored until we asked for the bill.
Won't be going there again. Sort out your chefs and your service.
