A spectacular tasting lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The whole culinary experience was faultless and the service was impeccable. (I can also confirm that the hot and sour soup, as the menu suggests, is the best ever). The lovely treat from the restaurant to mark our anniversary was unexpected and a wonderful gesture.

very average. Not really Michelin quality food. The most interesting things were the miso soup and prawns were interesting. The remaining main dishes were so very average and the stuffed aubergines were awful. As for the deserts... dull ..dull.. dull... there was little creativity or originality. Not worth what we paid

The best Chinese restaurant in London for dinner, though not dim sum, purely from a food perspective. The food is always delicious and well cooked and it's a simple, low key, discreet place for locals. The service can be slightly dubious- I've had one occasion from a dozen or so over the years where I had to complain about the hot stone not being hot enough and the new waitress tried to argue that was how it should be but that was corrected once the manager was called which should not have needed to happen.
