Absolutely awful. I rang up to make a booking and the lady answering the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I'm far from bilingual so I repeatedly asked to book for Friday 24th at 2pm. The lady kept repeating that they aren't open at 2am and did not understand what I meant by 'booking'.
I asked if booking was important or if walk-ins were taken. Lady still had no idea what I was talking about. Girlfriend rang on the day an hour before the intended 2pm booking. She was assured she could arrive at 2pm that day. Arrived at quarter to 2 and was told to come back a day later (today) at 1.30pm. After repeatedly stating that she had rang up and had been told 2pm was fine my girefried agreed to go today (25th) at 1.30pm. She's just been an has been told she should leave and come back in a hour. Complete an utter joke. Swerve these at all costs.
