Staff have no spacial awareness kept bumping into both my wife and I or walking in front of us. I'm aware they have a job to do but not once did either of us even get an acknowledgement never mind an apology.

1 STAR for making us use the SELF SERVICE TILLS. I absolutely dread going into this store early because of this!! And I'm not the only one. Most people don't like using them.
The MANAGER should offer the Customers the CHOICE and listen to what the Customers want!!
The store itself is very well stocked and a good choice offered and suits all.
Some staff Talk too much to each other when serving on the Tills. It's rude and irritating & should be stopped!! While others work extremely well and are pleasant.

Don't like shopping there. Self service tills are very slow to scan items, some staff give the impression they would rather not be there and doing you a favour to serve you. The end of shelf life reduced counter is one huge pile of mess, on a previous occasion I asked for a fish to be filleted, was told he didn't have the time and I would have to wait 30 minutes yet no other customers were at the fish counter.
The entire asda image looks down market whereas Lidl have raised theirs.

I find asda a well priced shop with generally a range of everyday products you may need. Carefully check Fruit and veg as at times these can be on the turn. Rollback keeps prices competitive....
