Nice spacious rooms. Very quiet so you should get a good night's sleep. Close enough to the city that is no real trouble to get to the centre, though I wouldn't walk it. Short taxi ride. Good restaurant. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Good food. Great location and sense of history. Stayed many times and still get excited upon arrival.

Brilliant place, charming staff. We found the Titanic by chance as I needed a hydrotherapy pool (long flight from NZ with shoulder injury ) and it has been the gem of our stay in Liverpool . Thanks especially to Marisa in the Maya blue spa, Michael on reception and Lucca in the Stanley restaurant. They were all incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. Staff make or break a place and they made it! Great food, service and a place to totally chill. I would wholeheartedly recommend and stay at this hotel on future trips.

Me and my husband stayed for one night and it was a lovely experience. The food was really good and the staff was always happy to help especially at the rum bar. Sara served us at the rum bar and I must say she was excellent at advising on the best rums to suit our preference. I loved the dark corridors and the rooms was really big. Only down side was we thought we was going to get a room as shown on the website superior dockside that had a few little steps leading up to another part of the room but was told we did have a superior dockside and to have the room shown on website we would have to request it. But how could we request it if we never stayed before. Otherwise everything else was great and the room we was in was still big.

Booked a night stay because boyfriend surprised me with gig tickets in Liverpool. Free parking at the hotel which is great. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with appropriate themed decor throughout. A welcome message with our name on it on the TV in the room was a nice personal touch. The window was dirty (will probably need to hire a cleaner with a crane to clean it from the outside) but this did not ruin our stay. Had a nice bath, went downstairs for a sandwich before the show. Cheese onion sandwich with fries and salad was £7, may seem expensive but I'm fully aware of hotel prices, the presentation of it was very good and it was delicious so I was happy to pay that price + a small tip. Would have preferred a mini fridge and glasses in the room. Also had to mention when checking out that my boyfriend took a shower but it was leaking out onto the bathroom floor. But again, this has not ruin our stay in any way.
