Stayed here for just the one night. Very clean and tidy. Lovely bed and bedding. Room 654 was noisy (aircon or something) would stay again

Nice friendly staff. Novel approach to decor, to make it feel like an ocean liner,(minus the pitching and rolling). If the breakfast was free with the room, as it used to be when this was the Gladstone, it would be my favourite hotel in the country.

Professional helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. Good food at very reasonable price. Really good full English and continental buffet breakfast. Nice clean modern bathroom.

Very good. Good location. The theatre is about 50 metres away. We had a lovely meal with excellent service. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Near lime street station. Car park next door. Great food. Fantastic staff. Rooms clean and comfortable.
