Just had three great days at the Indigo Hotel. Breakfast had everything you could wish for. Daniel (Scottish waiter) was lovely. Nothing was a bother to him. The mini bar was full of soft drinks, crisps and a couple of chocolate bars, which was free and restocked everyday... Handy for the midnight munchies. All the hotel staff were very friendly and most helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a work week - excellent service, great rooms, delicious food! There's no old carpeting in the rooms which gives them a cleaner feel. My room was very nice and comfortable, and I particularly loved the water pressure in the showers - great after a long day! The staff are all very friendly, particularly the breakfast team. It's really nice getting down to breakfast and starting the day with nice coffee, great food and smiley faces around you. There's also hassle-free WiFi everywhere, which means you can sit in the fancy lounge and enjoy your fancy tea and relaxing music while working away on your laptop. Will definitely come back!

a lovely hotel. A great feel to the restaurant very nice rooms with a great shower and comfortable beds. The food was also great and the small gym is clean tidy and well laid out. A very nice stay!

Stayed 2 nights clean room beautifully decorated. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold options. They easily accommodated our eating requirements as Muslims in a very friendly manner. Central Liverpool so you can easily walk. Parking close by with reduced rates because your staying at the hotel. Just ask at the reception.

It was a disappointing stay. I've been at Hotel Indigo in Hongkong and it was most of the memorable hotels I've ever been to. So I guess, I've had high expectations. My room was small, dark and unclean. There was a stain on the pillow and some hairs too. I reported this to the reception and they were very apologetic about it. I appreciate the effort they made and I was promptly moved to another room. I also received complementary drinks vouchers. Sadly, the new room was only partially better. First impression was okay but a closer look revealed the well used state. There was peeling wallpaper, chipped paint, damaged floorboards and a rug that looked like it had never been hoovered. I did sleep well and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice and I'm sure they are doing their best. But the rooms definitely need some attention to detail.
