Terrible
I booked this hotel on bookings . Com it stated no cancellation fee’s I cancelled 10 mins later to find they have charged me the full amount !
I have sent photos with the cancellation fee’s written on there booking page and they still refuse me a refund I will be taking legal advice as this cannot be legal !

Meh....
Ok well the staff is seriously friendly and helpful, 5 stars to them. The place itself.... it's located in the basement, with no windows and no ventilation of any sort. The bathroom only came with liquid soap locked down in the shower so every time I needed to use the toilet I had to get into the shower and reach above my head to pump soap so I ended up buying my own bar to avoid this.
The beds are literally painful to sleep in... They are super squishy with the springs pressing through, I have bruises and tender spots all over my body from these. Ouch! The rooms are extremely tiny but it's not like that will kill me... But I can't really open the door without bumping into the corner of the bed.
Watching tv was annoying, the signal is really choppy and you have to change the input to dtv every time you turn it on, it doesn't remember the last settings. But hey at least there was a tv at all... I'd say bring your Chromecast or laptop but the wifi is also iffy and weak.
I wouldn't say that I wouldn't stay here again because it's not like there are better options elsewhere, but u would definitely try to find something else next time I come back. At least the location is alright... it's by lots of food and a 5 pound ride to Matthew street and shopping and such.

A superb find, great location and very clean and spacious excellent value for money, I'll be using Cocoon on my next visit to Liverpool
