Clean rooms at very central location. Helpful service and good cooked breakfast. Charges credit card fees.

We spent 3 amazing days in Aachen Hotel, couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to provide valuable insight concerning the area. Breakfast is generous and tasty, room is spacious, overall it's a lovely hotel.
Just one oddity to mention: we did't get any toilet brush, which was not a big problem tbh although we found it a bit awkward.

Staff was friendly and really helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was included, not great but ok. The WiFi was extremely slow and room temperature cannot be controlled inside the room itself. Otherwise a good affordable place to stay in the town centre at most 20-25 minutes walk from most notable attractions.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The rooms are basic but clean. Very well located. I'd stay here again.
