Absolutely fantastic service
Nipped in yesterday cause I needed to buy a roof box
Unfortunately my car as extra wide cross rails so was really struggling
Alan Smith helped me out to find a box with 80mm brackets
The one I wanted wasn't in store and I'd left it really late
With a funeral to attend the following day before heading off time was really tight
Alan looked on the computer said there's one in the lock up I'll have it here tomorrow about 11
10.13 phone call to say it was in the store
The customer service was absolutely fantastic
Certainly know their products and gave great advice

as my name says tim did indeed strike me with a little hez hez. First i came into the store with a big smile tim the "ass" manager kicked me ut and said "This is my swamp". as i began to run away he hit me of my bike with his ford KA. my bike snapped in 2 and he didn't even get me a new bike. i had to pay £3000 to fix his car because he said if i dont he will lock me under the shop :(.

I rate this Halfords good as plenty of parking spaces and good staff. Just off m53 motaway .

I have to commend Karl and Kyle for their Excellent after sales bike service, Karl especially as i have had this guy look at my bike several times and always found him to be super helpful and a great Ambassador for the "Halfords" brand , and i have been shopping at "Halfords for over 30 years !
After owning a Carrera crossfire for 4 years now ,which incidentally i purchased from the bromborough store , i had a problem with the gears, after time the cables stretch and dont select the gears properly, a common problem with most bikes,
I called the store on the phone and spoke with Kyle , and enquired if they could adjust the gears today and how much, Today before 5 and £6 , was the reply,
I drove to the store and in no less than 15 minutes the bike was repaired and good as new !
