Lovely clothes but had to wait a while waiting for staff to ask if I needed any help and then was handed folders with pictures of clothes but no prices and the staff member disappeared in to the back room.

Staff have always really helpful and considerate. Bend over backwards to help every time and nothing is too much trouble. I have used Scamps many times over the last few years for my grandchildren and wouldn't go anywhere else for the lovely designer ranges that are stocked in scamps. Lovely clothes and really helpful staff.

Not the best customer service, felt i was ignored and looked down on by staff. also dislike the policy of having to try clothes on before being able to purchase.
