The reason I rated this a 3 is because of the customer service I bought a pair of the tracksuit pants on the sales and when I got home they had slices in the pockets so I took them back the weekend after and they refused to give me a new pair. They said they had to be repaired so I asked if I could have them delivered because I don't live in Liverpool they said no so I had to go Liverpool and pick them up after work and I rang up and they said they couldn't wait 5 minutes for me which had me running through town centre from lime street in my opinion this is poor service and needs to be massively improved especially if you're running a designer clothing shop
