Great atmosphere and people!!It's a shame that the cinema had to close its doors for one last time. Hopefully will open another Small Cinema soon, in a different location.

I run an independent film festival every month from the Small Cinema. The venue is just incredible - capacious whilst also intimate. A superlative picture and sound quality, and all of it built and maintained by volunteers. I'd highly recommend you get yourself down there.

Went here to watch "Death Watch". A volunteer ran independent cinema - with proceeds going to charity. The only of its kind in Liverpool. Should go without saying, but do not go expecting an experience similar to FACT or Odeon.
