I live in Liscard and have just been to Wetherspoons in Ormskirk. Liscard is a disgrace in comparison and Liscard needs a huge facelift to make it brighter and more pleasant and welcoming to drink in and socialise in. Make it brighter !!!!

This place is like a cave. My food came out suspiciously fast (within 3 mins). Turn the lights on. Not a fan of Wetherspoons in general for these reasons. They are all the same. Serving alcohol as early as they do and to parents with children demonstrates a complete lack of corporate and moral responsibility in my opinion, but I was taken here as a birthday treat by a colleague, otherwise I would steer clear. To balance, the unlimited coffee is a big plus

Good place for quick drink. Can get a little rowdy with kids but it is to be expected. OK overall though
