Circle Taxi are amazing they take care of there passengers. My elderly mothers had a fall and the kind staff at circle taxi made sure my mother made it home safely. They helped her to the car and once home helped her get her house. Ii really appreciate the help thank you

What a great mini cab office. The staff are truly amazing especial Steve who is the kindest driver around. He always asks about my wife who is ill in hospital and he will wait for me outside the hospital until I am ready and never charges me extra. Such a genuine person I have ever met. Thank u circle for you ongoing support with my journeys to and from the hospital daily

What a great taxi company. There fares are reasonable and the service they give are excellent. A big thank you to Leah who helped me with my bags to put them into the car when I went to the airport from there office. He even hate me a cup of coffee whilst I waited for the taxi. Keep up the good work and hope To see you guys soon x x

HAD A TAXI OVER THE WEEKEND FROM THIS PLACE BUT NEVER AGAIN! DRIVER WITH THE BLACK PASSAT-NU59AXC (SEEM TO BE SOMALIAN) TRIED CHARGING ME AND MY HUSBAND £15 FOR A RIDE THAT COSTS US £10 ALL TIME. WHEN WE QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGE, HE TOLD US £15 IS WEEKEND RATE. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? I'VE NEVER KNOWN ANY COMPANY TO UP CHARGE ON THE WEEKEND FOR ONE DROP. HE ENDED UP GETTING ANGRY AND STARTED SWEARING AND TELLING US TO PAY OR HE WOULD DRIVE US BACK TO IN THE CITY CENTRE. WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT OUT AND MANAGED TO GET A PICTURE OF HIS PLATES, THATS WHEN THE DRIVER GOT MAD AND SAID RACIAL COMMENTS. IN THE END WE PAID NOTHING AND WALKED AWAY, WHILE HE WAS STILL RACIALLY ABUSING US. WE'VE USED CIRCLE CARS FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS BUT AFTER THIS INCIDENT NEVER AGAIN, WONT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. EVEN A ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH RATING FOR THIS COMPANY
