After going back to this company after massively disappointing me by leaving me waiting for over an hour then reneging on their offer of a free taxi I have been left completely disgusted by their level of customer service AGAIN. The drivers at this firm are absolutely brilliant but this is completely ruined by the bosses and the call handling staffs rudeness and downright arrogance. They have absolutely no level of customer service and their handling of complaints would be better left to infants. I was discussed at the way I was talked to and had the phone put down on me to only be told face to face when I went into the office that I would not receive an apology. Well I apologise for the person's stature and hairline! I can almost understand why he would be so repugnant!! I will not be using this company again which is unfortunate because as I say the drivers are lovely but the company they pay their daily fee to is an abomination.

Recently booked a taxi for a pick up from Birmingham airport. They asked for the flight details etc and told that they will plan the pick up accordingly. We had indicated that clearing the immigration and picking up baggage will take time and to plan accordingly The driver reached at the flight landing time and kept calling us stating that we are late, while we were in the immigration queue. He even told us if we do not come in 10 min, he will leave.We managed to rush through all the process and made it to the cab. The driver demanded £20 extra.
If the agency had prior experience in Airport pickup for international flight they shud know that immigration / baggage exit from airport takes time..very unhappy with the whole experience.
When i spoke to the agency, they said the driver is right.
Will never use them again.

Really friendly & efficient service, with great communication. They text when the taxi departs to pick up & then again when they arrive - so you're fully up to date. Both drivers were courteous. Will definitely use again.
