called for taxi and they said wait 5 mins and ill get a text of when my cab arrives then after roughly 10 - 20 mins i recieved no text. called back and was told that my driver had driven to my location but obviously i wasnt picked up and they refused to send another cab because there's none operating in my location. i had to walk home.

The Person who attends call is awful and VERY VERY RUDE! I took a taxi from 61, London Rd. I mentioned 3 stops on phone but he put only 2 stops. After 2nd stop the taxi driver said that your journey is over. I can't take you to the 3rd stop. If you want to go at 3rd stop (which is not more than 0.7 miles) you have to pay £3. The taxi driver was VERY VERY RUDE. Unfortunately I have to give 3 more pounds for 3rd stop. Then I call in ABC office to complaint. He was not listening to me and he countinuously saying that it's not their problem.
😡😡AVOID ABC. Try DIFFERENT TAXIS 😡😡

Sound company and very good. Friendly and have competitive rates, reliable and very good all round.
Hint of advice for people who keep reading negative reviews, if you need a taxi to arrive at a certain time then book it for the time you want it to collect you. Can't be disappointed then.
