Absolutely horrendous service. Used for the first and last time. Made no allowances for a Disabled child and were more interested in keeping the money they had made then providing a service. Avoid.

Absolutely great customer service, plenty of choice with the products on offer. Wide range of products available to order from catalogues for a more personalised touch. Really impressed with the sales and fitting teams. Sales were not pushy and dealt with all my ideas in a very orderly manner, showing me everything that could work for me. Came out for a home measure up and I had to do nothing which was great. Fitting was done on an urgent request basis, very impressive. They also keep beds too and a great selection of Rugs too at competitive prices.Would highly recommend!!

The whole house has been re floored via your business - highly recommended by us! Lovely people to work with. Fitters also excellent - both in character and skill.

The worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude "customer" service - the fitter walked in didn't say a word and then booted my bag of belongings across the flat because he couldn't get the door open. When I rang the customer service to explain the situation they had the audacity to say "you shouldn't have anything in your bag" and "what do you want me to do about it" no apology at all. All I wanted was vinyl floor fitting. The person on the phone to me then rang up the fitter, completely ignoring me and cancelled the fitting. No reason whatsoever!? The fitter was so rude and tried to leave without giving us our money / deposit back. I had to take his tool box in order to get my £100 deposit back!!! He tried to grab the tool box off me and pretty much run with the money. He even gave a smirk when he got his tool box back. A 5 year old child would have better manners! Shocked on how he conducted himself, I was highly uncomfortable and felt like it was going to result into a fight, like our deposit was blood money. Throughout this they mis-quote deposits, pressure you into buying, don't turn up on time and you get a extreme amount of phone calls telling you it's your fault. The business itself is shockingly poor and highly disrespectful. A big middle finger up to you guys, you will never get my money again, and never toy with customers money. How the hell you can say you take pride for 30 years service is beyond a joke. Hopefully one day you run out business because I hope no one goes through the same experience as me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!
EDIT: Do not insult my intelligence, there is no misunderstanding whatsoever, you may want to rethink when you say that you pride yourselves on customer service as that is far from the truth.

Excellent service and very helpful staff.
The new carpets look great and well fitted.
We have been using Trafalgar for the last 25 years and would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
I also bought a memory foam bed from them which is perfect for my painful back.
