Wow best customer service I have ever received. I ordered on line and had several calls to confirm I was happy with everything, I ordered a swatch it turned up the next day. The delivery was very quick I was kept informed all the way through and even the delivery guys were helpful, proffesional and had a great sense of humour. The suite is amazing quality.

I would give it Zero stars if I could! Absolutely appalling service from the delivery drivers to the customer service department. First of all they attempted to deliver a damaged sofa 2 weeks ago. When rejected the delivery, the delivery men were not happy about having to spend 30 minutes repacking the Sofa's and loading them back into the van. Customer services were trying to make us keep the damaged sofa and then have them repaired by a technician! Not on! Then after numerous calls and visits to the stores not a single person was trying to help us and discuss what the next steps were. Call after call we were advised someone will return our call, which no one did. We had to make calls nearly every day with no solution! 2 weeks on after finally speaking to someone (we had to make this call once again) and staff being rude over the phone, advising us that we would have to wait another 12 weeks for new sofa's to be delivered and in the mean time we would receive temporary sofa's which are NOT what we had originally ordered. This meaning 3 months of Sofa's which are not suitable for our level of comfort, we ordered recliners and we are NOT getting recliners. We should be receiving like for like not something we didn't want in the first place! The aftercare service at Sofology is absolutely awful, I am disgusted at the behaviour of the delivery drivers being frustrated with something which was out of our control and for the customer service department for NOT doing their job. Shocking and disappointing!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! On the day we ordered the Sofa one of the reps told us that it was best to set a date as far in advance as possible because as soon as I knew the date I would be moving into my new home (which I needed the sofa for) I would be able to come into the store and simply move the date earlier. Well, that was a total LIE. I went into the store yesterday only to be treated like an idiot, and told that they would never ever be able to do this. I can safely say this Fosse Park store has the worst customer service I have ever received, and I wish I had never ordered from here. GO TO NEXT they are much better and quicker.

BE WARNED! Following spending over £4k on a suite, waiting 8 weeks for delivery and then being delivered half of our order incorrectly (two halves of the same settee in different colours!) I am now being told that there is nothing they can do other than re order the item. This means another 8 weeks wait, and even then they can't be specific as to when this item will be delivered! Customer Service is unfortunately very poor, no reply to my email sent yesterday hence my call today with no resolution other than reordering the item. Needless to say, despite being a returning customer to Sofology, we will not be returning! Be Very Careful!

First went into Sofaworks around 3 months ago, the sales staff were great, had them moving rugs around shop so I could see if the colours would match the suite I wonted. Nothing was to much trouble for them.

To day My suite got delivered by Daniel and Andy.
Over the years I have had a lot of furniture delivered ,but, these two Guy's were fantastic, the best service I have ever received .

Love my new suite, quality fantastic. Would highly recommend .
