My boyfriend decided to book in for a Thai massage at Nin Suwan in Leicester after suffering shoulder pain for some time. After reading a few reviews online he expected a good quality, professional treatment. However, after he returned back from his treatment I was shocked to hear what had happened in his "massage". He was treated by a lady and a trainee masseuse who offered him 'extras', touched him inappropriately and made him go completely nude for the second half of his massage. This sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable.
I have tried calling the shop many times to speak to the manager and put forward a complaint however everytime the staff would say the manager was not in. I even left a contact number so the manager could call me back when she was in, I still have not been contacted.
The professionalism of this massage parlour is atrocious and the treatments are of bad quality, I would not recommend anyone visit this massage parlour.

Went there 2 weeks ago with sore neck and shoulder, receptionist ask me with no SHAME! Do I want Happy Ending too. What I'm live on this world? I'm a guy and still embarrassed, they make me feel it is normal to ask!

Had a Thai massage yesterday with Amy she was very chatty with a great sense of humour, the massage was the best Thai massage I have ever had very deep firm massage targeting my problem areas.
Excellent welcome very professional service with the full hour focused on the massage.
Thank you Amy lovely company throughout real professional massage.
I would highly recommend this establishment of you want a real traditional massage to sort out all those aches and pains.

I've had lots of massages at expensive spas, but this is by far the best massage I've ever had! I build up lots of tension in my shoulder blades and neck causing me lots of discomfort throughout the day/night. Rosy, the masseuse, had a great technique and used a lot of pressure, managing to release most of the tension in these trouble areas.
A very well priced, full 1 hour session, no frills salon, but very clean room/ towels ect, lovely Thai oil, with a very sweet and strong masseuse Rosy. I will definitely book a follow-up appointment, and I will never pay to get an over priced massage in a spa again! Thank you.

I was a bit apprehensive having read some of the reviews here... However, even though went on a Groupon I had no problems booking the appointment. The aroma massage was one of the best massages I have ever had. Excellent pressure and lasted full hour. Very impressed with the service and will definitely go back!
