Normally I have high hopes and normaly I wouldn't complain.But today the staff where in no rush , and I felt where coming across rude to customers who had ordered a hot drink . ( which is now self services ) nearly all the customers who used the new machine where not happy being given a cup and pointed in the direction of the machine.
A very poor services today I'm afraid.

We ordered breakfast and some things were cold and other bits didn't turn up the service was slow and most of the staff were stood around talking

It's a spoons. Seriously, what did you expect? Cordon bleu food and bespoke craft ales? Spoons do what they do best, cheap beers and cheap food, all extremely good value for the price you pay. If you want artisan American pale ale beers that taste like shite and cost you twice as much, f##k off next door to the Queen of bradgate,

Amazing boutique hotel right on the edge of the city center. Very friendly staff and well equipped rooms. Food down stairs in the restaurant is amazing. Fresh and extremely well presented. Mouth wateringly good. Definitely worth a visit!

This is defiantly a firm favourite pub. It is a calm and relaxed place. Often go for a nice breakfast on Monday. However, sometime there service can be slow, all my friends had their food way before me. As well, the staff can be a little rude sometimes.
