Professional service from start to finish. We booked a free valuation, when the valuer came out, they were friendly, transparent and most importantly honest. Within a couple of weeks or so, they had found us a buyer. It was a stress free process. I would highly recommend using IPS to anyone wanting to sell their house in Leicester.

Absolutely horrendous service provided by these agents when we were the tenants at a property of theirs. They stole my housemate and I's deposits as well as ignoring emails, phone calls and other forms of communication. Do not let yourself get sucked into this ghastly organisation and stay well away !! A rating of Zero would be too generous a rating for these daylight robbers..

I found IPS to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The insight they gave me on the local market was excellent as was the customer service. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Never use again. For sale sign put up on wrong house (basics). Blamed board company, but who gave the board company the details, false promises. No response to emails I sent, photos not published on website. Joke of a company, 75% of viewings did not turn up. I was told by the person who came to see me that there office staff will always keep me updated, YEAH RIGHT. I will never recommend to use this company.
