I was always seen by Dr Pretti Khakhar and she is the most amazing optician I have met. She thoroughly spends time on every single aspect of the eye tests and contact lens appointments. Although the timings and appointments are limited, I would highly recommend seeing Pretti as the optician!!

I had my Lasik eye surgery last week and now I can see better than 20/20 today, life changing experience for me. I would highly recommend Optical Express in Leicester. Pretti the optometrist carried out my initial consultation, she is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and caring. Nigel, the Manager was very honest and very helpful. Great service from all the staff right through from the initial consultation to the post-operative appointments, all very approachable and flexible. Keep up the good work!

I would highly recommend Optical Express in Leicester. I have recently attended for a sight test for myself and both of my children and can not fault the service I received. My youngest child who is only 8, needed new glasses and both Preeti the optometrist and Nigel, the Clinic Manager were brilliant with him and very patient. Thanks very much, will definitely be back.
