A great dentist practice marred only by the poor response times afforded to its clients when trying to speak to a human being. When calling one has the option to leave a message or hang on... for 45 seconds before being offered option 1 again and then being "told" to call back! I would imagine any commercial business trying to attract customers wouldn't treat its customers this way. Perhaps the FHDP doesn't need to worry and are just toooo busy to care.
