Great location in Leicester city centre with very friendly staff. The room hired for an event was great but had to pay extra for sound when using the A/V equipment which seemed a bit silly and just a random extra cost. Other than that we were very well looked after.

Such an amazing stay, upon arrival the lady behind the desk was so polite, always showing a smile and using manners extremely well. The room was amazing standard spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Booked in advance so room rate was great value. Room was large and beds comfortable, shower was good. Unfortunately it was a very warm night and the AC was not working which made sleep difficult. The hotel was very busy and so when I asked for an iron and ironing board, it did not arrive which was disappointing.

Had a nice big room. Clean and comfy bed. Bar and restaurant with fitness facilities and conference facilities. Only a short walk to the centre of the city centre. Car park next door which is £10 per night if you get validated at hotel.

An allright hotel, delivers on the 4 stars yet leaves longing for more. Apparently there floors with newly renovated rooms and bathrooms, yet I got less lucky and stayed on the fourth floor. Room was properly furnished, with all the basic amenities (basic cosmetic set, an extra blanket, weirdly positioned hair dryer, some entry level selection of tea and soluble coffee). Room would use some vacuuming for sure, but it was overall clean. Finally, the staff is very friendly and helpful so they make up for some of the losses in other areas.
