I've been using white cross vets for over 5 years now since I got my Rabbit Zack and they are real professionals who know what to do and help your pet in every way and the staff members are lovely and kind and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We have now been using White Cross Vets of Roundhay for around a year and we are extremely happy with the service provided for our cat Fred. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the txt service has helped us to remember when treatments are required. I would definitely recommend this practice to all animal lovers!

I would definitely reccomend this practice, all the staff are great and Amber loves all the cuddles she gets! Their health care plan is also very good - unlimited consultations mean that if I have any concerns, I just call up and book her in! Karen, James and Andy are all very knowledgeable, as are the nursing staff. Very happy

Fantastic customer service, and a refreshing change from the previous vets we were at. James really took his time in explaining everything in detail, making good and honest suggestions, and made my cat & I feel very comfortable. The Reception staff are also really lovely and welcoming, and really took their time to explain everything I had questions about. I was not once made to feel like I was being rushed or that I was asking too many questions. Really good advice given too. I'm so pleased I switched vets from up the road! :-)
