Customer service usually fab but someone must have upset woman on reception today. Telephone manner appalling, face to face manner no better. Very rude indeed. After being a loyal customer for many years I'll be taking my custom elsewhere thank you very much!

The food is brill but the customer service is very poor since the new management took over, the girl who takes the orders is very rude and its a shame that i wouldnt recomend my family and friends to ring for a take away.
