Disgusted that the young Asian boy newly working at the chemist very full of himself telling me I wasn't aloud my prescription until the following week .. so was with no tablets over the full weekend .. I did go bk the monday 3 days before I was "aloud" them.. they were there but one item missing.. this young man shouted the full list of medication over the full length of the chemist yes all 9 items while the shop was full.. I complained about this today to a lady working there .Suffering from anxiety and other mental health issues this is not what I needed .. when i rsng today about the missing item he came on the phone and proceeded to tell me I was lying about how he spoke to me and he didn't say any of the things .. also telling me the missing item he had told me wouldn't be there.. my anxiety is now through the roof . Also relapsing from no medication over the weekend. I will be taking this further. Hopefully cctv was fully working so i can prove I was right .. i feel very uncomfortable going there now 😠.. hope older lady's and gentlemen don't get treat the same way
