+ Discount for inconvenience
- Emailed on the morning to say that would have to stay at other location and would have to have twin beds after booking a double bed
- Staff member in at the time smelled of alcohol
- Room was unclean
- Shower room was disgusting - floor and shower were dirty
- Very noisy location

Honestly, a great hostel to stay at! i'm not sure why people gave this place such a low rating. I came from around Baltimore, Md USA and this place was very nice. The bad reviews did make me leary at first, and an unrelated app like google maps had the wrong location mapped, but that isn't their fault. Go to 19 or 21 (manager available there) in that same neighborhood, it's facing the last turn on the map so you don't even have to make that last turn. it's nice and quiet, and an easy walk to a TON of great restaurants and things to do! They provide free basic food around the clock and the manager is very kind, hospitable and contentious. Picture Perfect is like a buffet about 10 minutes walk for under 5£! and it's delicious!

The experience with this hostel mentioned above was horrendous. I booked the place as according to the map view it had a location that was close to First Direct Arena. On the of arrival me and my husband went to look for the hostel using the Google maps which had the location saved as marked in my calendar. However, there was no hostel on the marked location (47 Well Close Rise LS7 1HT). We thought we didnt look well enough and returned after the event. Wasted a lot of time walking around without finding anything as it was a residential neighborhood and there was no signposting that would say where there is a hostel or a signboard that would indicate which house is the hostel. Then I decided to check email confirmation that i printed out and it had a totally different address 1 Lisbon Square!!! We walked there and finally found the hostel only to find out that we cannot stay there as it was a different hostel!!! The receptionist tried to explain that the hostel has two locations and suggested we take a 15 min walk to the location but by then I had had enough. It was almost midnight and it was about -3 degrees outside. This is absolutely unacceptable!
