Sarah has been treating me for back and shoulder pain following an operation. I am now pain free for the first time in almost 3 years. The treatment has enabled me to start exercising again and to sleep undisturbed. I highly recommend the Natural Health Centre.

I recently went to The Natural Health Centre to have my ankle treated. I was delighted with the treatment. It was incredibly detailed. Sarah advised me on my footware and running programme and cured my ankle pain. I am now able to run and cycle without any problems.

I have recently been to The Natural Health Centre for osteopathy. I was amazed that I felt better immediately. The treatment was very thorough, and really worked. I only needed 2 treatments. It is very welcoming and friendly.

I first came to the osteopath at the Natural Health Centre nearly 10 years ago with a painful, injured shoulder -- she was able to work on the shoulder in such a way as to ease the pain and start to regain freedom of movement immediately. Since then I have been continuing to see the osteopath occasionally to free up the shoulder when it tightens back up, as well as having work done on other cranky joints, and can always feel the benefit. Sarah is a very experienced and knowledgeable practitioner, and in my experience she always knows how to go to the root of the problem and provide immediate relief from pain and tightness with the treatment. The clinic is also very conveniently located for me -- in Leeds City Centre 5 minutes walk from the train station.
