Friendly, welcoming and very professional. Frank questions to establish the issue and then a mix of deep muscle massage to relieve the symptoms and some simple exercises to prevent reoccurring issues. Wasn't until the next day that I realised my symptoms were vastly reduced, but also felt like someone had removed a tonne weight from me.
