Been trying to ring the dentist for 23 minutes now and still no answer. It states I have been number one in the call queue since I have been holding. It also refers you to the online booking system but even this will not find my records. Very poor service

Been ringing constantly from 8.30 am, now 9.00 am, still on answer phone. Very poor.
