Horrible. I never been more upset by dentist surgery than with Genix. Receptionists are fantastic and always try to fit your appointment fitting your time but the dentist work is just too poor. I lost 2 teeth just because they didn't done their job properly. First one broke in the begging of the year. Went there straight away and been given yet a new dentist who put there temporary filling what fell out same day and i was not eating anything hard. I've been there 3 times with same tooth and always nothing serious show on xray. After a month i start to had huge pain and had to go to emergency where they prescribed me antibiotics as I had abscess on this tooth. I made appointment right away on Monday. When I came i had again new dentist who done nothing just send me home and told me this tooth got to be extracted. I usually saw abscess in the end of the root but mine started in the middle because it was not cleaned properly. I've been "kindly" offered replacement for this tooth for £2000 in place of this tooth. I seriously asked if this replacement tooth was supposed to be golden or platinum but no just normal one. No thanks. I had previously broken tooth but never had to go through this with my old dentist from city I moved from. And i still got this tooth and it's now +10years without any abscess or any issues. Second tooth they repaired it but bit of filling fall out after couple of days so again i went there and again end up with check up. Next time dentist drill the tooth and i hoped all would be well. But after local stopped to work i moved my tongue to place where I had hole and hole was still there(!!!). It's still a mystery what this dentist was drilling there so much.. In the end after some time half of filling fall out so yet again i had to make an appointment yet again ended up only with check up and been told this tooth got to be extracted. It made me so angry I told the dentist this is second tooth i am loosing just because of their own fault and I am being sent home with half of tooth open and got to wait +2 weeks to get it sorted and risk yet another abscess. I asked him how it was possible i told him about this hole and he done some drilling and filling yet i got home still having the same hole. I informed this dentist this extraction will be very last treatment i get from them because it's not worth it. I was waiting i get some reasons or explanation from this dentist what happened but this person just sat there and was looking at me like at some kind of apparition. After 2 days i had call from this Genix and they moved my appointment to earlier date (wow). Tooth been extracted and as I promised I am not coming back. The same day of this last tooth extraction while I was waiting in waiting room I witnessed bit nasty behaviour. There were 2 ladies on reception. This morning looked very busy. Lady with blonde hair finished speaking with patient over the phone and was dealing with other patient. Telephone was ringing but she was dealing with someone else when from office next to the toilets pretty cheeky voice come out "Heather telephone is ringing!" i looked at lady with blonde hair in reception, rolled my eyes and shake my head in disbelief. These two ladies didn't stop dealing with patients over the phone and in person ever since i walked in yet someone hidden in office clueless what's going on in reception not bothered to give them a hand got that cheek to presume they are doing nothing and shout at them in front if patients. Maybe I am too sensitive but in previous jobs and in my present job supervisors never told off employees in front other employees and it's unacceptable to do so in front of customers/clients or patients. I found it very unprofessional and felt sorry for the lady.
I was not sure if to leave this review but I believe new patients needs to be aware what's going on and what they will maybe (like in my case) experience. It's not worth your money, pain and especially your teeth.

CaMe here for two tooth fillings. Was in constant pain. The dentist that did the work told me it's normal to feel pain as my teeth has to get used to the fillings. Ive never had this problem before. Because of the pain from my tooth that they was supposed to have fixed, I couldn't eat, sleep or put any sort of pressure on my tooth. My face swelled up . I then went to an emergency dentist two days later to find out I had an infection and that they didn't even clean my tooth properly before filling and that the hole they drilled was right to my nerve . The emergency dentist had to remove my whole tooth as there was nothing they could do from the damage this dentist caused. I would not recommend this place at all

Went there for a check up come out of there worse they messed up my teeth had to go emergency dentist and take my tooth out and the other teeth that they "fixed" are they damaged 3 teeth the worst thing is I never had pain was just a check up and come out of there in agony never again. Very poor quality service avoid

Im extremely nervous about going to the dentist. I have been having my treatment with fozia. She calmed my nerves greatly by explaining what was happening step by step. She did a fantastic job on my dental work and i would highly reccomend her.

Everything done was done poorly with filling crumbling after just days, left with infection that nearly killed me, because dentist couldn't be bothered to investigate properly, despite me knowing it was an infection and asking for antibiotics/pain relief. Ended up at an emergency facility where I was x-rayed and examined properly, turns out I'd been given wrong course of treatment (for a start, fillings in two infected teeth - which would have been picked up if it'd been checked properly when I went back in pleading, but got fobbed off - when in fact they needed either root canal or extraction...It became a dangerous situation). Not to mention ridiculous 6/7 or more weeks between appointments on a treatment plan. Most of the staff are rude and patronising. Never mind dental work, if you value your life, go elsewhere. Have now found another dental surgery which I hope will be better, or private it will have to be.
