DO NOT be fooled into thinking that if you use this clinic without BUPA insurance you will get BUPA level treatment. When things go wrong (as they did for me) BUPA simply did not want to know and insisted that the clinic and its dentists operate independently from BUPA and are not part of the BUPA complaints process. I think this is a matter for Trading Standards as the clinic uses the BUPA name for non-BUPA insured private patients yet offers none of the protections.

I visited Bupa for a hygienist appointment only, as I get my checkups through the NHS. Ruth, the practitioner, was lovely; really friendly, informative and thorough. Everything she did was explained to me, including the dentist codes, and she took me through how plaque can impact gum and bone loss, as well as how to floss and brush properly, specifically to the areas my teeth weren't as good in. Most importantly, my teeth look brand new.

Dr. Arshad was brilliant in his approach, patient care and dentistry. I had a few problems causing severe pain, but with his treatment plan and delivery, the pain subsided rapidly. Best dentist I've had in many years.
